云南地方政府的机构话语特点分析

摘　　要：对机构话语特点的分析有利于地方政府更好地设计文本,增强交际意图实现的可能性。以云南地方政府发布的制约性通告为语料,以陈建平提出的机构话语机制研究的分析框架为理论基础来探究地方政府的机构话语特点。结果发现,云南地方政府发布的机构话语突出了信息的权威性,强调了话语的实践性,凸显了利他性,并通过提供解决办法和提供联系方式来体现对民众的关心。但话语中缺少对民众主人翁使命感和责任感的构建,同时也忽略了人情的力量。The analysis of the characteristics of institutional discourse is helpful for local governments to better design institutional discourse.Taking the restrictive notices issued by Yunnan local government as the corpus,this paper tries to explore the institutional discourse characteristics of Yunnan local government.The results show that the institutional discourse issued by Yunnan local government highlights the authority of information,emphasizes the practicality of discourse,highlights altruism,and shows concern for people by providing solutions and contact information.However,the discourse lacks the construction of people's sense of mission and responsibility,and ignores the power of renqing(human feelings)in Chinese cultural context.
