摘  要:雄安新区2005—2017年每年总用水量2.2亿~2.7亿m^(3),其中农业用水占比为75%~88%,总体呈下降趋势;工业用水占比呈先上升后下降趋势;生活用水占比逐步提高;生态环境用水量自2016年起有较大增长。2020年,由于河湖补水量较之前有大幅度提升,年用水总量上升到7.6亿m^(3),农业和工业用水较之前有显著下降,生活用水有显著提升。梳理已发布的启动区、起步区、容东片区等区域控制性规划,提出了近期雄安新区实行需水管理应严格执行总量控制和定额准入制度、打造节水示范区、提高水资源管理智能化和精细化水平、落实需水管理保障措施的对策建议。The total water consumption in the Xiong′an New Area from 2005 to 2017 is 220 million m^(3) to 270 million m^(3),of which the agricultural water consumption accounted for 75%to 88%,the overall trend is down.And the industrial water consumption first increased and then declined.The proportion of domestic water gradually increased and eco-environmental water consumption has increased significantly since 2016.In 2020,due to the significant increase in water supply for rivers and lakes,the total water consumption rised to 760 million m^(3),and the agricultura and industrial water use decreased significantly,while the domestic water use increased significantly.We sorted out the control plans of several areas such as Qidong District,Qibu District and Rongdong District.Then the countermeasures and suggestions for the implementation of water demand management in the Xiong′an New Area in the near future were put forward.The measures include the strictly the total amount control and quota access system building water demand management demonstration area,improving the intellectualization and fine supervision of water resource management,and the guarantee of water demand management.
