摘 要:2020年太湖发生流域性大洪水,最高水位4.79 m,与1991年并列为有实测资料以来历史第三高水位。水利工程调度是调控洪与涝、上下游关系,发挥水利工程减灾兴利综合效益的重要手段。从汛前扎实有序备汛、主汛前预降太湖水位、梅雨期全力外排洪涝水、错峰精细调度水利枢纽、抓好太湖退水期调度等方面总结了2020年太湖洪水调度工作及成效,并对下阶段调度工作进行了思考。A basin-wide flood occurred in the Taihu Lake in 2020,with a maximum water level of 4.79 m,which is the third highest in the history according to the measured data since 1991.Regulation of water structures is crucial for balancing the relationship between flood and waterlogging,upstream and downstream,and full generation of comprehensive benefits and disaster reduction.The results and achievements of flood regulation in the Taihu Lake in 2020 are summarized in the respects of sound preparation before the flood season,lowering water level of the lake before main flood season,full discharge of floodwater in the rainy period,timely regulation of structures to reduce flood peak,and effective regulation in the retreat period.Considerations are made on the regulation in the next stage.
