摘  要:为了精确地测量水库库容,通过利用三维数字河道移动探测系统和水下声呐系统,分别对观音岩水电站坝址以上总长约86 km的金沙江河道两岸水上和水下的地形地貌进行三维扫描;利用测量成果,建立观音岩水电站库区水上及水下地形的三维数字高程模型,再结合相关的数据理论,计算得到任意高程位置的水库库容;连接不同高程的库容值数据序列的曲线即得观音岩水电站高精度库容曲线。该库容曲线为水库的防洪调度和优化调度提供更加准确的支撑。In order to measure the reservoir capacity accurately,the 3D digital river mobile detection system and underwater sonar system are used to scan the topography on both sides of the Jinsha River with a total length of 86 km above the dam site of Guanyinyan Hydropower Station.Based on the survey results,a three-dimensional digital elevation model of the abovewater and underwater topography of Guanyinyan Hydropower Station reservoir area is established,and the storage capacity at any elevation position can be calculated by means of the relevant data theory;The high-precision storage capacity curve of Guanyinyan Hydropower Station can be obtained by connecting the curves of storage capacity value data series of different elevations.The storage capacity curve provides more accurate support for flood control and optimal operation of the reservoir.
