HF抗冲磨混凝土在大藤峡水利枢纽工程中的应用

摘  要:大藤峡水利枢纽有26孔泄水闸,泄水闸具有单宽流量大、弗劳德数值低、运行时间长等特点,对过流面混凝土抗冲磨性能的要求较高。针对泄洪消能特点,提出在左岸泄水闸的溢流堰面、闸墩、胸墙及消力池表面采用抗冲磨混凝土,笔者对原材料试验、配合比试验、混凝土生产、混凝土浇筑和养护、混凝土温控措施等方面进行了全面阐述。从现场检测和汛后检查情况来看,HF抗冲磨混凝土的性能、强度等指标符合设计要求,未发现混凝土表面有裂缝及磨蚀损坏的情况。HF抗冲磨混凝土施工经验可为类似工程提供借鉴,也为高流速过流面大体积混凝土温控防裂积累了应用经验。There are 26 sluices in the Datengxia Hydraulic Project.The sluices have the characteristics of large discharge per unit width,low Froude value and long operation time,which require high abrasion resistance of concrete on the flow surface.According to the characteristics of flood discharge and energy dissipation,it is proposed to use anti-abrasion concrete on the surface of overflow weir,pier,breast wall and stilling basin of the left bank sluice,and the author comprehensively expounds the raw material test,mix proportion test,concrete production,concrete pouring and maintenance,concrete temperature control measures,etc.According to the on-site inspection and post-flood inspection,the performance and strength of HF anti-abrasion concrete meet the design requirements,and no cracks and abrasion damage are found on the concrete surface.The construction experience of HF anti-abrasion concrete can provide reference for similar projects,and also accumulate application experience for temperature control and crack prevention of mass concrete on high velocity flow surface.
