摘　　要：为提高调控工作效率、合理分配人力资源,乌江集控中心提出调度运行专业融合的新管理模式。笔者介绍了乌江集控中心基于远控模式下调度运行专业融合管理的实践过程,就可能出现的问题提出了相应的预控措施。新管理模式实施以来,安全保障得到加强,经济效益明显提升,生态流量得到良好控制。该模式值得进一步探索和推广。In order to improve the efficiency of regulation and control and rationally allocate human resources,Wujiang Central Control Center proposes a new management mode of specialty integration of scheduling operation.The author introduces the practice process of integrated management of scheduling operation specialty in Wujiang Central Control Center based on remote control mode,and puts forward corresponding pre-control measures for possible problems.Since the implementation of the new management model,security has been strengthened,economic benefits have been significantly improved,and ecological flow has been well controlled.This model is worth further exploration and promotion.
