摘 要:乌江集控中心负责乌江梯级9座水电站的优化调度工作。为降低梯级电站耗水率,提高水能利用率,笔者统计了乌江梯级水电站历史运行数据,结合水库运行特性进行全面分析,梳理出影响梯级耗水率的主要因素有库区工程及试验限制、生态耗水影响、电网约束影响等;提出通过合理安排检修计划、水库水位动态控制、合理安排运行方式、做好实时协调等措施,并将设备检修及工程施工计划与汛前水位消落计划有机结合起来,同时,加强运行方式监视,当运行方式有偏差时,及时协调调整,可有效降低梯级电站耗水率,切实提高优化调度水平。Wujiang centralized control center is responsible for the optimal scheduling of 9 cascade hydropower stations on Wujiang River.In order to reduce the water consumption rate of cascade hydropower stations and improve the water energy utilization rate,the authors make statistics on the historical operation data of Wujiang Cascade Hydropower Stations and make a comprehensive analysis in combination with the operation characteristics of the reservoir.It is sorted out that the main factors affecting the cascade water consumption rate include reservoir engineering and test restrictions,ecological water consumption impact,power grid constraints,etc.The measures such as reasonable arrangement of maintenance plan,dynamic control of reservoir water level,reasonable arrangement of operation mode and real-time coordination are put forward,and the equipment maintenance and engineering construction plan are organically combined with the water level fluctuation plan before flood season.At the same time,the monitoring of operation mode is strengthened,when the operation mode has deviation,timely coordination and adjustment can effectively reduce the water consumption rate of cascade power stations and effectively improve the optimal scheduling level.
