摘 要:“西三角”地区高等教育是西部地区实力和水平相对较高的区域,地方高校采取集群发展模式,有助于快速提升自身发展水平,促进地域社会经济更大发展,并示范带动西部地区高等教育的整体发展。应借鉴国内外区域高等教育一体化发展的成功经验,通过政府总体部署,统筹协调;高校资源共享,合作办学;校地产学研用紧密结合,深度融合等措施,发挥集群效应,实现校际、校地协同发展。As a region with relatively high strength and level in the western region,higher education in the"west triangle"region adopts the cluster development mode,which not only helps to rapidly improve the development level,promote greater regional social and economic development,but also to exemplifies and drives the overall development of higher education in the western region.Learning from the successful experience of the integrated development of regional higher education at home and abroad,through the government overall planning and coordination,sharing resources among colleges and universities and cooperating in running schools,the close combination and deep integration of production,teaching,research,application,and other measures,so as to give full play to the cluster effect,realize the coordinated development between schools and localities.
