摘 要:为解决传统普通钻孔煤层卸压消突困难,改善瓦斯抽采效果,缓解抽掘采衔接紧张问题。盘城岭矿在掘进工作面进行了可变径水力造穴卸压增透技术试验。应用后,钻孔抽采浓度平均达到52.2%,比原传统普通钻孔提高3倍;瓦斯抽采纯量比原传统普通钻孔提高了1.2倍,促进了瓦斯解吸流动,做到了卸压、增透、消突作用,解决了低透气性煤层的抽采技术难题。In order to solve the difficulty of coal seam pressure relief and outburst elimination when using traditional ordinary drilling,improve the gas drainage effect and alleviate the tight connection between drainage,excavation and mining.The technology test of variable diameter hydraulic cave making,pressure relief and permeability enhancement was carried out in the heading face of panchengling mine.After application,the average concentration of gas extracted from boreholes reaches 52.2%,which is three times higher than that of the original traditional boreholes;The net amount of gas drainage is 1.2 times higher than that of the original traditional ordinary drilling,which promotes the gas desorption flow,achieves the functions of pressure relief,permeability enhancement and outburst elimination,and solves the technical problems of drainage in low permeability coal seams.
