从玄府角度解读升阳散火汤治疗功能性消化不良的机制研究

摘　　要：功能性消化不良(FD)是临床常见功能性胃肠疾病,属于中医“痞满”“胃痛”“嘈杂”“郁证”“胃胀”“纳呆”“呕吐”“呃逆”等范畴。本文以气为切入点,将玄府、FD、升阳散火汤进行关联,从玄府角度对升阳散火汤治疗FD的机理进行了探讨,并分享了治疗验案;不但提供了FD新的治疗思路与方药,又创新了不同学派之间理论与临床结合的新思路。Functional dyspepsia(FD)is a common clinical functional gastrointestinal disease,belonging to the categories of stuffiness and fullness,stomachache,epigastric upset,stagnation or depression syndrome,stomach distention,anorexia,vomiting and hiccup in TCM.Taking Qi as the starting point,this paper associates Xuanfu(sweat pore),FD and Shengyang sanhuo Decoction,discusses the mechanism of the Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia from the perspective of Xuanfu,and shares the treatment cases,which not only provides new treatment ideas and prescriptions for FD,but also innovates the new idea of combining theory and clinic among different schools.
