滋水益肾膏方对骨质疏松症患者骨转化标志物的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨滋水益肾膏方对骨质疏松症(OP)患者骨转化标志物的影响,为临床用药提供参考。方法:选取石家庄市中医院2018年7月至2020年10月就诊的97例OP患者为研究对象,依据随机数字法分为对照组(n=46)与观察组(n=51)。2组均予以饮食干预、生活干预、活性维生素D类口服药物等基础措施干预。在此基础上,对照组口服阿伦磷酸钠片治疗,观察组口服滋水益肾膏方治疗,比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后骨代谢指标[骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、降钙素(CT)、雌二醇(E2)]、骨转化标志物[血清骨钙素(BGP)、Ⅰ型胶原交联C-末端肽(CTX-1)]水平及生活质量。结果:观察组临床总有效率较对照组高,差异有显著性(P<0.05);2组治疗3个月后BALP、CT、E2水平均较治疗前升高,且观察组较对照组高,差异有显著性(P<0.05);2组治疗3个月后BGP水平较治疗前升高,CTX-1水平较治疗前降低,观察组较对照组变化更显著,差异有显著性(P<0.05);2组治疗3个月后环境、躯体、社会、心理、综合各领域评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组较对照组更高,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:滋水益肾膏方对OP患者具有良好治疗效果,可提高骨代谢指标,改善骨转化标志物水平,提升生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of Zishui Yishen Ointment on bone transformation markers in patients with osteoporosis(OP).Methods:97 patients with OP in Shijiazhuang Hospital of TCM from July 2018 to October 2020 selected as the research object were randomly divided into control group(n=46)and observation group(n=51).Both groups were given interventions of diet,life and active vitamin D oral drugs.On this basis,the control group was treated with Alendronate Sodium Tablets and the observation group with Zishui Yishen Ointment.The clinical efficacy,bone metabolism indexes[bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP),calcitonin(CT),estradiol(E2)],bone transformation markers[Serum Osteocalcin(BGP),type I collagen cross-linked C-terminal peptide(CTX-1)]and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After 3 months of treatment,the levels of BALP,CT and E2 of both groups increased,with the observation group significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);the level of BGP increased and the level of CTX-1 decreased in the two groups,and the change in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of environment,body,society,psychology and comprehensive fields in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zishui Yishen Ointment has a good therapeutic effect on OP patients,which can improve bone metabolism indexes,improve the level of bone transformation markers and improve the quality of life.
