摘 要:镨离子在可见光波段能够产生若干种不同波长的跃迁,将掺镨氟化钇锂晶体特性与法布里-珀罗标准具选模原理结合并进行理论分析。通过在谐振腔内插入一厚一薄两个不同厚度的法布里-珀罗标准具进行选模。实验采用443 nm的蓝光激光二极管泵浦,a切Pr:YLF晶体,尺寸为3×3×5,掺杂浓度为0.5at.%。用不同透射率的输出耦合镜研究了激光器的输出特性,在输出耦合镜透过率为1.5%,吸收功率为2.883 W,获得最大单纵模输出功率为9 mW,光谱线宽为18 MHz。这是迄今为止首次报道Pr:YLF单纵模绿光激光器。文中提出了单频激光产生绿光的最简单的方法,这项工作为各种与单纵模绿光相关的应用开辟了一条实用的道路。The Pr^( 3+)-ion based solid state lasers have the advantage of the rich visible light band;considering the characteris-tics of Pr:YLF crystal,a theoretical analysis of single longitudinal mode with Fabry-Perot etalon was performed.By in-serting Fabry-Perot etalons with two different thickness into the cavity for mold selection,an InGaN diode laser emitting at 444 nm was used as the pump source and the Pr:YLF crystal was a-cut 0.5 at.%doped with the size of 3mm×3mm×5mm.The output characteristics of the laser were studied with output mirrors of different transmittance.When the transmit-tance of the output mirror was 1.5%at the thickness of 0.3mm and 0.5mm,the maximum single-longitudinal-mode output power was 9mW.The maximum absorbed pump power was 2.883W.The narrow line-width of the 522.7nm laser was about 18MHz for the first time to the best of our knowledge.This work has proposed the simplest way for single-frequen-cy laser generation in green laser and paved a practical way for various green-related applications.
