摘 要:为了简化电液伺服比例阀用动圈式电机械转换器的结构,增加其可靠性,提出了一种新型的线圈内置式电机械转换器,取消了安装永磁体的套筒,降低了装配难度。通过线圈内置式电机械转换器的磁路模型明确了与输出推力相关的结构参数,利用Maxwell分析了各结构参数对输出推力的影响规律;在此基础上,获得有限尺寸下推力最大的结构形式。通过对最终结构进行有限元仿真,得到其静态特性曲线和带载工作时的动态特性曲线,并分析了动态响应过程中动子的运动规律。结果表明:线圈内置式阀用电机械转换器输出力可达45 N,带载响应时间为15 ms,可满足实际工作要求。In order to simplify the structure of moving coil electric-mechanical converter for electro-hydraulic servo proportional valve and increase its reliability,a new type of electric-mechanical converter with built-in coil is proposed,which eliminates the sleeve for permanent magnet installation and reduces the difficulty of assembly.The structure parameters related to the output thrust were determined by the magnetic circuit model of the coil built-in electric-mechanical converter,and Maxwell was used to analyze the influence law of each structure parameter on the output thrust.On this basis,the maximum thrust structure with finite size is obtained.Through the finite element simulation of the final structure,the static characteristic curve and the dynamic characteristic curve during loading operation are obtained,and the motion law of the moving coil in the dynamic response process is analyzed.The results show that the output force of the coil built-in electric-mechanical converter can reach 45 N,and the response time with load is 15 ms,which can meet the practical requirements.
