摘  要:针对国内高端复合材料五轴机床基础研究数据较少的问题,基于labview设计了一套完整的动态数据采集系统。该系统可以实现对机床关键部位多状态下振动、温度数据的实时监控,并可按连续、阈值触发、手动触发等多种方式,同步采集存储各监测点动态数据,建立机床数据库,满足机床基础研究对试验数据的需求,为产品设计研发提供理论数据支撑。Aiming at the problem of basic research data insufficient for domestic high-end composite materials five-axis machine tools,a complete dynamic data acquisition system is designed based on labview.The system can realize real-time monitoring of the vibration data and temperature data of the key parts of the machine tool in multiple conditions,and can synchronously acquire and store the dynamic data of each monitoring point in a variety of ways,such as continuous,threshold trigger or manual trigger,Estabished a machine tool database to meet the demand on test data of basic machine tool basic research and provides theoretical data support for product design and development.
