摘　　要：装备是薄膜加工成型的重要因素;把控薄膜成型的时温和方向,是力求改善冲击强度、屈服强度及光泽度,提高耐热性、耐寒性、增加高阻隔、高阻燃,表面硬化、热封、防霉防菌,以及高或低的热收缩率、聚散光学等效应。双拉膜的制造,本是将高聚物的基础科研与热塑成型技术糅合用于实践的一门应用技术。高端制造装备,涉及薄膜产业链的上下游,包括基础平台、工艺标准和个性定制的关注或系列组合等。Equipment is an important factor in film processing and forming.Controlling temperature and orientation in forming the film is to improve impact strength,yield strength and gloss,enhance heat resistance,cold resistance,increase high barrier,high flame retardancy,improve surface hardening,heat sealing,mildew and bacteria prevention,and high or low thermal shrinkage,vergence optics and other effects.The manufacture of biaxially stretched film is an application technology that combines the basic scientific research of polymer and thermoplastic molding technology into practice.High-end manufacturing equipment involves the upstream and downstream of the film industry chain,including basic platforms,process standards and individual customization and series combina tion.
