摘  要:缺血处理(ischemic conditioning)是一种能够对重要器官/组织缺血损伤发挥保护作用的非药物干预措施,主要包括缺血预处理和后处理等,早在1986年被Murry等[1]首次发现。后来发展为远离重要目标器官/组织,间歇阻断远处相对比较耐受缺血的器官(如肢体等)的血供,进行缺血干预调节,被称为远程缺血处理(remote ischemic conditioning,RIC)。随着研究的深入,RIC的概念不断被扩展。Remote ischemic conditioning(RIC)is intermittent blood blockade in the relatively unimportant organ(usually the limbs),which exerts protective effect on the the important organ enduring ischemia-reperfusion.In this way,a series of endogenous mechanisms and biological functions can be triggered.Especially in the brain and heart,RIC has an important and innovative role.Recent ten years of continuous exploration has made RIC develop from basic research to clinical application,and its application fields have also been constantly extended.This paper aims to summarize the application fields of RIC research,and the involved endogenous neural and humoral mechanisms.
