摘 要:使用重结晶及挤出滚圆的方法,制备了硼基粉末燃料,初步分析了GAP含量对粉末燃料形貌的影响。结果表明,提高GAP含量,可显著降低颗粒之间的粘聚现象,改善颗粒形状规则程度,其含量达到30%时,颗粒粒径较大、形状规则,流化性能好。在此基础上,通过点火燃烧实验研究了HTPB和GAP作为粘结剂对燃料的点火燃烧过程的影响。结果表明,相同含量下,GAP团聚硼颗粒的平均点火延迟时间明显低于HTPB团聚硼粉样本的点火延迟时间,10%GAP团聚硼颗粒的平均点火延迟时间远低于10%HTPB团聚的硼粉。随着GAP含量由10%提升到30%,硼基粉末燃料的平均点火延迟时间由100.7 ms缩短至45.1 ms,当GAP含量达到30%时,GAP热解产生的大量燃气会促进样本内硼颗粒在空间的离散,使硼颗粒与氧气有着更好的接触,从而在更短的时间内燃尽。The boron⁃based powder fuel was prepared by recrystallization and extrusion spheronization method.The effect of GAP content on the morphology of powder fuel was analyzed.The results show that the adhesion phenomenon between particles can be significantly reduced and the particle shape regularity is improved by increasing the GAP content.When the GAP content in⁃creased to 30%,the particles with a large size and regular shape shows excellent fluidization performance.The effects of the binder types and their contents on the ignition and combustion characteristics of boron powder fuel were studied through laser ignition ex⁃periment.The results show that under the same content,the average ignition delay time of GAP agglomerated boron particles is signif⁃icantly lower than that of HTPB agglomerated boron powder samples,which is much lower than that of 10%HTPB.With the increase of GAP content from 10%to 30%,the average ignition delay time of boron powder fuel is reduced from 100.7 ms to 45.1 ms.When GAP content reach 30%,a large amount of gas generated by GAP pyrolysis would promote the dispersion of boron particles in space,resulting a better contact with oxygen and thus burn out in a shorter time.
