摘 要:针对传统活性炭固液分离困难问题,以纤维和芬顿污泥为原料、KOH为活化剂,采用一步热解法制备了磁性活性炭(MAC)。实验和分析表明:所制备MAC的BET比表面积达到958.70 m^(2)/g,总孔孔容达到0.612 cm3/g,平均孔径为2.55 nm,其磁性来源于α-Fe和γ-Fe_(2)O_(3)/Fe_(3)O_(4)。MAC对亚甲基蓝(MB)的吸附动力学符合准二级动力学模型。相对于Freundlich和Dubinin-Radushkevich两种吸附等温模型,Langmuir吸附等温模型能更好地描述MAC对MB的等温吸附过程。此外,当MAC浓度为0.5 g/L时,MAC对MB的最大吸附容量达到168.5 mg/g,超过商用活性炭一级品标准。In view of the difficulty of solid-liquid phase separation for traditional activated carbons,magnetic activated carbon(MAC)was prepared by one-step pyrolysis with fiber and Fenton sludge as raw materials and KOH as activator.Experiments and analysis show that the BET specific surface area of MAC is 958.70 m^(2)/g,the total pore volume is 0.612 cm^(3)/g,the average pore diameter is 2.55 nm,and the magnetic materials areα-Fe andγ-Fe_(2)O_(3)/Fe_(3)O_(4).The methylene blue(MB)adsorption onto MAC is in accordance with the quasi-second-order kinetic model.Compared with the isotherm models of Freundlich and Dubinin-Radushkevich,the Langmuir isotherm model can better describe the isothermal adsorption process of MAC for MB.In addition,when the con-centration of the MAC was 0.5 g/L,maximum adsorption capacity of MAC for MB reached 168.5 mg/g,which ex-ceeded the national standard of first-grade commercial activated carbon.
