摘  要:探究了入流层与出流层的定量比、入流层与出流层的平均孔径差值对双层机油滤纸纳污容量的影响。结果表明:对于入流层与出流层按照5:1、4:1、3:1、2:1、1:1的定量比制得机油滤纸原纸,综合考虑滤纸原纸的抗张强度、透气度以及孔径等指标,入流层与出流层的定量比为5:1的滤纸最优。对于入流层与出流层平均孔径差值分别为5、10、15μm的双层机油滤纸,通过比较三种滤纸的物理、过滤和耐温性能,入流层与出流层平均孔径差为5μm的机油滤纸最优。The influence of quantitative ratio of inflow layer to outflow layer and average pore size difference be-tween inflow layer and outflow layer on the contaminant carrying capacity of double-layer oil filter paper was studied.The base paper of oil filter paper was prepared with the quantitative ratio of the inflow layer and the out-flow layer of 5∶1,4∶1,3∶1,2∶1 and 1∶1.Experiments show that,according to the tensile strength,air permeability and pore size of the filter paper base paper under different quantitative ratio,the quantitative ratio of the inflow layer and the outflow layer is 5∶1.For the average pore diameter difference of 5μm,10μm and 15μm,the physical,filtration and temperature resistance of the three kinds of filter paper were compared.The oil filter pa-per with average pore size difference of 5μm between inflow layer and outflow layer was selected.
