摘  要:目的探讨血清神经调节蛋白-1(NRG-1)的水平与创伤性颅脑损伤(TBI)后癫痫形成的相关性。方法选取TBI患者96例,患者均经影像CT和MRI诊断,其中无诱因发作2次以上患者诊断为TBI后癫痫45例(癫痫组),患者未发生癫痫病症51例(非癫痫组);采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清NRG-1水平,通过结构影像学检查对TBI后癫痫发作程度检查,采用GCS评分表分析患者恢复情况。结果两组患者年龄、性别、GCS评分、肺部感染率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而两组患者的颅脑损伤部位、癫痫发作类型、机械通气率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察指标发现,在第1、3、6天入院时两组患者的血清NRG-1水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论NRG-1水平与TBI后癫痫的病症情况呈相关性,具有临床意义。Objective To investigate the correlation between serum neuromodulin-1 level and epilepsy after traumatic brain injury.Methods The total of 96 patients with traumatic craniocerebral injury who were hospitalized for rehabilitation in our hospital selected.The patients were diagnosed by CT and MRI.Among them,45 patients with epileptic seizures were diagnosed as epilepsy after traumatic brain injury(epileptic group).51 patients did not develop epilepsy(non-epileptic group).The serum neuromodulin-1 concentration was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and the degree of seizures after craniocerebral injury was examined by structural imaging examination.And was analyzed the patient recovery by GCS score table.Results There were no statistical significantly differences in age,gender,GCS score,and lung infection between the non-epileptic group and the epilepsy group(P>0.05).But the brain injury site,seizure type,and mechanical ventilation were the same in the two groups and there were statistical significantly differences(P<0.05).Observation indicators found that there were statistical significantly differences in the serum neuromodulin-1 standard between patients with non-epileptic group and those with epilepsy at admission on the 1st,3rd and 6th days(P<0.05).Conclusion NRG-1 has a protective effect on the neuron system,which can reduce the symptoms of epilepsy after traumatic brain injury.It is of clinical significance.
