摘 要:针对“材料力学”传统教学方式易导致学生学习主动性差、理论知识掌握不牢靠,工程运用能力不足,而新的教学改革手段则存在成本大、耗材大及未做到理论与实践相结合等问题,课题组以材料力学中受力弯曲的T形截面梁为例,基于数值模拟方法,采用线模型建立T形截面梁的简化物理模型,构建受力过程中的数学模型,并进行数值模拟。利用数学模型的理论计算及材料力学中相应判断原则得到T形梁受载荷后的剪力、挠度及弯矩分布情况与模拟结果相吻合,验证了模型的有效性。数值模拟得到T形梁受载荷后剪力云图、挠度云图、弯矩分布情况及相应位置数值的大小,可为数值模拟技术在“材料力学”教学中的应用提供指导。For"material mechanics"traditional teaching methods can lead to poor students'learning initiative and theoretical knowledge,engineering using ability is insufficient,and the new teaching reform methods,there is a cost,consumables and yet theory combined with practice,research for bending stress in the material mechanics T-beam as an example,based on the numerical simulation method,the simplified physical model of t-shaped section beam is established by using line model,and the mathematical model in the process of loading is constructed,and the numerical simulation is carried out.The distribution of shear force,deflection and bending moment of T-beam under load is obtained by the theoretical calculation of the mathematical model and the corresponding judgment principle in the mechanics of materials,which is in agreement with the simulation results,and the validity of the model is verified.By numerical simulation,the shear cloud diagram,deflection cloud diagram,bending moment distribution and the corresponding numerical value of T-beam under load are obtained,which can provide guidance for the application of numerical simulation technology in the teaching of"mechanics of materials".
