摘 要:钕铁硼硬度高、脆性大,且充磁后具有高磁性力。电火花加工是钕铁硼的重要加工方法。为探寻充磁与未充磁烧结钕铁硼在电火花加工过程中的工艺差异和规律,采用单因素试验方法,开展对比试验,研究放电参数(脉冲宽度、峰值电流和脉冲间隔)对充磁与未充磁烧结钕铁硼的材料去除率、表面粗糙度和重铸层的影响。结果表明:随脉冲宽度的增加,充磁烧结钕铁硼的材料去除率增大,而未充磁烧结钕铁硼的材料去除率先增大后略有减小,充磁与未充磁烧结钕铁硼表面粗糙度值均增大,重铸层均增厚且内部出现裂纹;随峰值电流的增加,两者材料去除率和表面粗糙度值均增大;随脉冲间隔的增加,两者材料去除率和表面粗糙度值均减小;在较大的放电参数值下,充磁烧结钕铁硼的材料去除率和表面粗糙度明显优于未充磁烧结钕铁硼。NdFeB has high hardness,big brittleness and high magnetic force after magnetization.Electrical Discharge Machining(EDM)is an important processing method of NdFeB.In order to explore the process differences and rules of magnetized and unmagnetized sintered NdFeB in EDM process,single factor test method was used to carry out comparative experiments to study the effects of discharge parameters(pulse width,peak current and pulse interval)on material removal rate,surface roughness and recast layer of magnetized and unmagnetized sintered NdFeB.The results show that,when the pulse width increases,the material removal rate of magnetized sintered NdFeB increases,while the material removal rate of unmagnetized sintered NdFeB increases first and then decreases slightly,the surface roughness values of magnetized and unmagnetized sintered NdFeB increase,the recast layer thickens and cracks appear inside;with the increase of peak current,the material removal rate and surface roughness values of magnetized and unmagnetized sintered NdFeB increase;with the increase of pulse interval,the material removal rate and surface roughness values of magnetized and unmagnetized sintered NdFeB decrease.Under large values of discharge parameters,the material removal rate and surface roughness of magnetized sintered NdFeB are better than those of unmagnetized sintered NdFeB.
