摘 要:针对国内铁路日常养护维修计划对实际道床状态信息缺乏了解的问题,基于400 MHz频率天线采用车载探地雷达技术对一既有线碎石道床进行检测。该道床病害分为道床脏污、道床翻浆冒泥,通过分析道床病害的沿线分布情况,筛选出道床病害累计长度占比较高的区段,并按照从高到低以5%的梯度区间进行细分统计,获取道床状态不同水平的车站区间数量、病害长度及其累计数据,能够较为全面地了解实际线路道床状态信息,为科学、合理制定道床清筛或养护维修计划提供依据。In view of the lack of understanding of the actual track bed status information in the domestic railway daily maintenance plan,the vehicle-mounted ground penetrating radar(GPR)technology was used to detect the ballast track bed of an existing line based on the 400 MHz frequency antenna.The track bed diseases could be qualitatively divided into track bed contamination and mud pumping.By analyzing the distribution of track bed diseases along the line,the sections with high cumulative length of track bed diseases were screened out.According to the interval gradient of 5%from high to low,the subdivision statistics were carried out to obtain the data of station interval number,disease length and accumulated amount at different levels of track bed status.It can comprehensively understand the actual track bed status information,and provide a basis for scientifically and reasonably formulating the track bed cleaning or maintenance plan.
