摘　　要：城市公共通道是高密度城市环境中重要的城市基础设施,在其营造过程中,制度体系起到重要的保障作用。自1992年取得特区立法权以来,深圳经济特区已建立起一套对城市公共通道有促进作用的法规制度体系。在该法规制度语境下,本文具体分析前海的实践探索,总结经验与教训并提出建议,从空间治理视角为城市公共通道建设探索新模式。The law and regulation system plays an important role during the fabricating process of urban public passage,which is an important urban infrastructure in high-density urban environment.Shenzhen SEZ has established a set of law and regulation system that can promote the urban public passage since 1992,when it obtained the legislative right.In this context,this paper takes the practice in Qian-hai about urban public passage as an example,attempts to sum up the experience and lessons,and to provide sugges-tions,hoping to explore new pattern from the perspective of space governance.
