摘　　要：本文以深圳市凤凰古村为典型案例,针对一些城市边缘区的历史村落近年来在文旅活化过程中面临的困境展开因果溯源,并据此探讨策略建议。首先,从周边环境特征和村落空间形态特征两个方面,阐述了该类村落在区域环境、经济产业、人口构成、物质空间、历史文化方面的属性表征。其次,从外部环境、内部机制和市场需求等三个角度,剖析了该类村落在历史文化价值较高、政策扶植力度较大的背景下反而呈现出人气缺乏、业态萧条等问题的动因。最后,分别提出了三个针对性的指导策略,为该类村落的文旅活化实践提供可借鉴的思路。This paper focuses on the regeneration predica-ment in peri-urban historical villages through introducing a typical case of Fenghuang Ancient Village,Shenzhen.Es-pecially,it explores the underlying reasons why this kind of villages lacks essential vitality in cultural tourism devel-opment and proposes suggestions accordingly.First,this paper analyzes the features of the targeted village from the aspects of surrounding environment and village spatial texture.Second,it probes into the underlying reasons why this village suffers from lack of attractiveness and dilemma in cultural tourism development,from the perspectives of external environment,internal mechanism and market de-mand.Third,it proposes suggestions corresponding to the aforementioned three reasons,in the hope of offering les-sons for the regeneration practices in similar villages.
