40%氟醚·烯酰悬浮剂对烟草黑胫病的防效研究

摘　　要：本文研究40%氟醚·烯酰悬浮剂对烟草黑胫病的防治效果。采用菌丝生长速率法、盆栽法和田间药效试验法,开展了室内活性及有效性的研究。结果表明:40%氟醚·烯酰悬浮剂在氟醚菌酰胺∶烯酰吗啉(3:5)时对烟草黑胫病菌丝生长的抑制效果最好,EC 50值为0.4267μg/mL。盆栽试验表明,40%氟醚·烯酰悬浮剂用量50mL/667m^(2)和35mL/667m^(2)对2种烟草的黑胫病防效均>75%。田间防效试验表明,40%氟醚·烯酰悬浮剂用量50mL/667m^(2)和35mL/667m^(2)对烟草黑胫病的防效分别达到91.42%和83.02%,高于对照药剂。因此,40%氟醚·烯酰悬浮剂可作为药剂,用于烟草黑胫病的大田防控。This study aims to determine the effect of 40%Flufenoxamide·Dimethomorph SC(Trade name:Ye Qiao)on tobacco black shank.The mycelial growth rate method,potted method and field efficacy test method were used to test its indoor activity and effectiveness.40%Flufenoxamide·Dimethomorph SC provided the best inhibitory effect on the growth of tobacco black shank hyphae,with an EC 50 value of 0.4267μg/mL.The results of the pot experiment showed that 40%Flufenoxamide·Dimethomorph SC provided more than 75%control effect against black shank on the two varieties of tobacco with dosages of 50mL/mu and 35mL/mu.The results of the field efficacy tests showed that 40%Flufenoxamide·Dimethomorph SC had 91.42%and 83.02%control effects against tobacco black shank with dosages of 50mL/mu and 35mL/mu,respectively,which are higher than that of control group.40%Flufenoxamide·Dimethomorph SC can be used as an alternative product for field prevention and control of tobacco black shank.
