摘 要:地铁工程常规设备单机单系统调试是地铁工程中一项最基础的设备系统调试,它不仅能检验常规设备的安装质量,也对所有设备后续调试工作的质量和进度具有较大影响。该项调试专业涉及面广,对人员专业技能要求高,组织协调工作繁杂,业主关注度高,做好常规设备调试管理在地铁机电工程施工中尤为重要。从调试的目的、工作准备和进度、质量、安全、技术等几个方面对调试管理展开研究,阐明管理重点,能使调试工作顺利开展。Single-machine single-system commissioning of conventional equipment in subway engineering is one of the most basic equipment system commissioning in subway engineering.It can not only check the installation quality of conventional equipment,but also have a great influence on the quality and progress of subsequent commissioning of all equipment.This commissioning involves many specialties and requires high professional skills of personnel.Organizing and coordinating work is complicated and the owner pays high attention to it.It is very important to make good debugging and management of conventional equipment in the construction of subway electromechanical engineering.This paper studies commissioning management from the purpose,preparation and progress,quality,safety and technology of commissioning,and clarifies the key management points so as to make the commissioning work go smoothly.
