百令胶囊联合腹膜透析治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究百令胶囊联合腹膜透析治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床效果。方法根据治疗方法的不同将84例慢性肾衰竭患者分为对照组和联合组,每组42例。对照组采用腹膜透析治疗,观察组采用百令胶囊联合腹膜透析治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、微炎症指标、肾纤维化指标及生活质量。结果联合组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的TNF-α、CRP、IL-6、CTGF、TGF-β、Col-Ⅳ水平均降低,且联合组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的GQOL-74各维度评分均升高,且联合组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论百令胶囊联合腹膜透析治疗慢性肾衰竭的效果显著,能有效改善患者的微炎症状态及肾纤维化情况,提高其生活质量。Objective To study the clinical effect of Bailing capsule combined with peritoneal dialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods According to different treatment methods,84 patients with chronic renal failure were divided into control group and combined group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with peritoneal dialysis,and the combined group was treated with Bailing capsule combined with peritoneal dialysis.The clinical efficacy,micro inflammation indexes,renal fibrosis indexes and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,CRP,IL-6,CTGF,TGF-β and Col-Ⅳ in both groups decreased,and those of the combined group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of GQOL-74 in both groups increased,and those in the combined group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bailing capsule combined with peritoneal dialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure has a significant effect,which can effectively ameliorate the micro inflammation and renal fibrosis,and improve quality of life of patients.
