摘　　要：本文主要应用UPLC法对阿奇霉素分散片中阿奇霉素的含量测定进行研究。阿奇霉素在考察的浓度范围内线性良好,考察的浓度范围为0.3406~1.703 mg/mL,加标回收率平均值为99.7%,RSD为0.86%。可见UPLC法具有快速、准确的优点,值得用于阿奇霉素分散片的质量控制,尤其适用于检品庞大的药检机构。In this paper,UPLC method was used to study the content of Azithromycin in Azithromycin Dispersible Tablets.Azithromycin has a good linear relationship in the range of 0.3406-1.703 mg/mL,the average recovery rate is 99.7%and the RSD is 0.86%.UPLC method is fast and accurate,and is worthy of being used for the quality control of Azithromycin Dispersible Tablets,and is especially suitable for drug inspection institutions with large inspection products.
