摘  要:从药品使用角度来说,产品质量的均一性是保证不会发生非处方原因造成的药物过量或不足情况的根本条件。药物过量容易导致超过安全剂量,而药物含量过低会导致药物浓度不够,无法达到理想的临床应用效果。目前,较为常用的药品含量测定方式有电位滴定法与手动滴定法,本文特针对电位滴定法与手动滴定法测定药品含量的比较进行实验研究。From the perspective of drug use,the uniformity of product quality is the fundamental condition to ensure that there will be no over-the-counter drug overdose or shortage.Excessive drug can easily lead to exceeding the safe dose,while low drug content can lead to insufficient drug concentration,which can not achieve the ideal clinical application effect.At present,the commonly used drug content determination methods are potentiometric titration and manual titration,the comparison between potentiometric titration and manual titration is studied experimentally,and the research methods and results are summarized as follows.
