水中阴离子表面活性剂测定的方法验证及有关问题探讨

摘　　要：目前,在环境监测中测定水中阴离子表面活性剂时,人们主要应用GB 7494-87《水质阴离子表面活性剂的测定亚甲蓝分光光度法》。本文从选择性和线性、检出限、精密度、准确度等方面对该方法进行验证,并对验证结果及试验中有关问题进行了探讨。At present,when determining anionic surfactants in water in environmental monitoring,people mainly use GB 7494-87 Water Quality-Determination of Anionic Surfactants,Methylene Blue Spectrophotometric Method.In this paper,the selectivity and linearity,detection limit,precision and accuracy of the method were verified,and the verification results and related problems in the test were discussed.
