显微镜联合阴道炎试剂盒在阴道微生态检测中的应用

摘　　要：本文采用显微镜和阴道炎联合检测试剂盒2种检查方式,对2018年4月-2019年12月于我院就诊的138例女性进行了阴道分泌物检测,统计了2类检测方式在白细胞、线索细胞、乳酸杆菌、假丝酵母菌感染及滴虫感染的阳性检出率,分析了在阴道微生态检测中实施显微镜联合阴道炎试剂盒方式的价值及效果,结果显示,阴道微生态检测中实施显微镜及阴道炎试剂盒的联合检测,疾病的阳性检出率优于单一检查方式,值得推广。The vaginal discharge of 138 women in our hospital from April 2018 to December 2019 was examined by microscope and vaginitis kit,the positive detection rates of white blood cells,clue cells,Lactobacillus,candida cerevisiae infection and trichomonas infection were counted,and the value and effect of microscope combined with vaginitis kit in vaginal microecological test were analyzed,the results showed that the combined detection of microscope and vaginitis kit and the positive detection rate was better than the single examination.
