摘 要:在超高层建筑中,外围的框架柱多为型钢混凝土柱或钢管混凝土柱,鲜有采用纯钢框架柱,为了探索钢框架-混凝土核心筒结构在超高层建筑中的应用,以实际工程为例,首先通过对比四种框架-核心筒结构方案,衡量建设期与运营期经济效益,并结合建筑工业化方面进行结构选型;其次简要介绍钢框架-混凝土核心筒超高层结构的常规分析;最后从层间位移角的控制、竖向变形差的控制、梁墙刚接加强节点的设计、外框钢柱的屈曲分析及弹塑性时程补充分析角度,重点论述钢框架-混凝土核心筒超高层结构设计所采取的一系列关键技术,以保证结构的安全性和合理性。In super high-rise buildings,the peripheral frame columns are mostly steel-reinforced concrete columns or concrete-filled steel tube columns,and the pure steel frame columns are rarely used.In order to study the application of steel frame-concrete corewall structure in super high-rise buildings,the actual project was taken as an example.Firstly,the structural system selection was carried out by comparing four kinds of frame-corewall structure schemes,measuring construction period and operation period of economic benefits,and considering the construction industrialization;secondly,the routine analysis of steel frame-concrete corewall super high-rise structure was briefly introduced;finally,a series of key technologies of steel frame-concrete corewall super high-rise structure were mainly discussed,such as the control of inter-storey displacement angle,the control of vertical deformation,the rigid enhanced joint of beam and wall,buckling analysis of steel frame columns and supplementary elastoplastic time-history analysis,to ensure the safety and rationality of the structure.
