摘 要:东方国际商务中心主体结构为复杂连体超限高层建筑,主要存在扭转不规则、楼板不连续、多塔和连体复杂连接等超限项次。本工程两侧塔楼建筑平面布置差别较大,为减少双塔间不协调的扭转对连接体造成的不利影响,采取调整两侧塔楼结构布置使其振动特性相近,并适当增加塔楼的抗侧刚度的措施。采用连接体与塔楼的刚性连接形式,设计时充分考虑其受力与构造特点,增加连接体刚度,使其与两侧塔楼连为整体,协调两侧塔楼在外力作用下共同工作。采用有限元软件对主体结构进行了三水准作用下的抗震性能分析,并对空间钢托架连接体进行了关键节点精细化有限元分析。通过抗震概念、性能化设计,采用合理的结构形式和可靠的连体形式,主体结构的抗震性能可达到预期的设计目标。The main structure of Dongfang International Business Center is a high-rise building with complex connection.There are mainly over-limit items such as irregular torsion,discontinuous floor,multi towers with complex connection.The structural layout of the two towers on both sides of the project is quite different.In order to reduce the adverse effect of the uncoordinated torsion between the two towers on the connection,the structural layout of the towers on both sides should be adjusted to make their vibration characteristics similar,and the lateral stiffness of the towers should be increased appropriately.The rigid connective structure form between the connector and the tower was adopted,and its force and structural characteristics were fully considered in the design.The stiffness of connector was increased,so that it can connect with the towers on both sides as a whole.And coordinate the towers on both sides to work together under the action of external force.The seismic performance analysis of the main structure under the action of three levels were carried out by using finite element analysis programs.The key joints of the space steel truss were analyzed by finite element method.Through seismic concept design and performance-based seismic design of structure,reasonable structure system and reliable connection form,the seismic performance of the main structure can achieve the expected design goal.
