摘　　要：监事是理事会制度一个非常重要的组成部分,但至今为止,仍有相当一部分公共图书馆理事会没有设置监事一职,图书馆领域对监事制度的研究成果也很少。本文通过梳理广东省内4家公共图书馆监事的职权、职责和产生方式等情况,探讨监事的设置在公共图书馆法人治理结构改革中起到的作用,分析当前监事制度的不足,思考下一步的完善路径等。Supervisor is a very important part of the board system,but so far,there are still a considerable number of public library boards without the post of supervisor,and there are few research results on the supervisor system.Based on the analysis of the functions and powers,responsibilities and production methods of the supervisors of four public libraries in Guangdong Province,the paper discusses the role of the establishment of supervisors in the reform of corporate governance structure of public libraries,analyzes the shortcomings of current supervisor system and thinks about the next improvement path.
