摘 要:目前汽车检测站对电动汽车的检测仍参照传统车辆,而研发设计生产的测试方案不适用于各类在用电动汽车普适性快速检测,市场缺少适用于在用电动汽车运行性能的快速测试及评价方案。文章参照机动车辆的运行性能测试和年检测试标准,基于目前车辆检测站的情况,依据在用电动汽车安全行驶性能台架检测方法,从电池、驱动、电控及整车电安全4个部分,功能、性能和安全性层面,建立在用电动汽车的检测内容和检测流程体系,在传统汽车检测项目的基础上针对电动汽车专用项目作出测试内容的补充,为在用电动车辆检测实施提供参考。With the rapid growth of the number of existing electric vehicles and the beginning of scrapping some electric vehicles,the testing of in-use electric vehicles will be paid more and more attention.The vehicle testing station still uses the fuel vehicle test project to test the electric vehicle now.We lack a feasible test solution for in-use electric vehicles.This research builds on the testing content and testing process system of used electric vehicles on the basis of traditional vehicle annual inspections by grasping the test technology in the development and production of electric vehicles.The purpose of this system is to supplement the test contents of the special items of electric vehicles on the basis of the traditional vehicle test items.Provide reference for the promotion and implementation of in use electric vehicle testing standards.
