摘　　要：探析传统街道活力的分布特征及其影响因素对实现历史街区可持续发展具有重要意义。以昆明市文明街历史街区为例,结合实地调研和网络开源数据构建历史街区街道活力评价指标体系,测度其街道活力的分布特征,并通过逐步多元线性回归分析建成环境指标对街道活力的影响。研究表明:(1)文明街区街道活力呈现东南高、西北低的空间分布特征,活力分布不均衡态势明显;(2)可达性、功能密度与街道活力呈显著正相关、街道长度呈显著负相关,其影响力大小依次为可达性>功能密度>街道长度。在此基础上提出历史街区街道活力优化策略,以期为历史街区活力复兴实践提供借鉴。In recent years,the concept of the dynamic protection of historical blocks has been fully recognised,and appropriate commercial development and renovation are considered an effective means to promote the sustainable development of historical blocks.Vitality rejuvenation has become the core issue of the historic district’s protection and renewal practice.However,in the gradual activation of historical blocks,there are still a considerable number of historical blocks showing prosperity,decline,and an uneven distribution of vitality.As is known,the street in historical blocks carries the main communication activities of residents and tourists,intuitively reflecting the vitality level of historical blocks.Therefore,what are the distribution characteristics of street vitality in the historical blocks at the activation phase?What built environmental factors affect the formation of this feature?The research on the above problems helps reveal the deep-seated driving law of street vitality distribution in historical blocks and provide theoretical support for the revitalisation of historic blocks.Existing research focuses on the contribution of specific factors to the vitality of historical blocks,and some scholars have analysed the impact of multiple factors on the vitality of historical blocks with open source network data.However,two points should be noted.First,although crawling open-source data on the Internet is efficient and convenient,the current data accuracy is difficult to meet the needs of more refined research given the spatial scale of historical blocks.Second,existing research mainly focuses on crowd activity density to characterise street vitality.However,in reality,street life is rich and colourful.Therefore,the diverse contribution of different types of public activities to street vitality should be fully considered.Therefore,this paper takes the historical block of Kunming Wenming Street as an example.Field research is combined with online open-source data to construct the evaluation index system of st
