摘 要:对单向铺层与织物结构CFRP进行正交切削试验,对加工表面粗糙度进行方差分析,对加工表面宏观和微观形貌进行观察。结果表明,单向铺层CFRP表面粗糙度不受切削参数的影响,而每齿进给量是影响织物结构CFRP表面质量的显著因素,且表面质量随每齿进给量的增大而变差。单向铺层CFRP端铣加工表面会出现铺层间树脂形成的白色边界和斑块,织物结构CFRP表面呈现鱼鳞状微端形貌。单向铺层CFRP端铣加工,碳纤维去除形式为沿着铺层剪切平面内发生断裂,不影响已加工表面纤维铺层和表面质量;而织物结构CFRP端铣加工,未被切断碳纤维受到垂直于切削加工平面的分力,导致碳纤维自由端可能会受力摆脱树脂基体的把持作用,形成微观毛刺。Variance analysis of surface roughness is carried out during end milling of unidirectional lamination and woven fabric structure CFRP.The macroscopic and microscopic morphology of the machined surface is observed at the same time.The results show that the surface roughness of unidirectional lamination CFRP is not affected by cutting parameters,however the feed rate is a significant factor affecting the surface quality of fabric structure CFRP,and the surface quality deteriorates with the increase of feed.The white boundary and patches are observed on the finished surface of unidirectional lamination CFRP,while the surface of fabric structure CFRP emerged the morphology of fish scales.The in-plane bulking and fracture of carbon fibers do not affect surface integrity.However,during CFRP end milling of fabric structure,the uncut carbon fiber is subjected to the component forces perpendicular to the cutting plane,which may lead to the free end of carbon fiber to get rid of the control effect of resin matrix and form microscopic burr.
