摘  要:某公司球团回转窑原用单烧焦炉煤气的四通道气体燃烧器,在生产过程中因氮氧化物浓度排放数值偏高,不能达标排放,故只能以减产来保证达标排放。根据氮氧化物生成机理分析,通过降低高温集中区域的温度,减少热力型的氮氧化物的生成比例,采取有效措施,有针对性地设计和使用新型低氮燃烧器后,回转窑生产的球团矿产质量稳定提高,氮氧化物排放浓度明显降低,成功实现产量高产和氮氧化物达标排放的目标,以此取得显著的经济效益和环保效益。Due to the high emission value of nitrogen oxide concentration in production process,the original four channel gas burner with single coke oven gas used in a pellet rotary kiln of a company cannot meet the discharge standard,so it has to reduce production.By analyzing the formation mechanism of nitrogen oxides,reducing the temperature of high temperature concentration area,decreasing the generation rate of thermal type nitrogen oxides,taking effective measures,and designing and using new low nitrogen burners,the quality of pellets produced by rotary kiln is improved steadily,and the emission concentration of nitrogen oxides is significantly reduced.Therefore,it reaches the goal of high yield,meets the nitrogen oxides emission standards,and achieves remarkable economic and environmental benefits.
