摘　　要：分析了烧结砖内燃焙烧的特殊性,指出焙烧窑保温冷却带所需冷空气存在负压吸入、窑内出风口输入和窑门风机输入三种方式,三种方式各有特点,建议当采用风机输送冷空气时,在窑门上设置风机,可避免窑内气流分层,提高产量和质量。The article analyzes the particularity of the internal combustion and firing of fired bricks,and points out that there are three methods of negative pressure inhalation of the cold air required for the insulation and cooling zone of the tunnel kiln,input from the kiln outlet and input of the kiln fan.The three methods have their own characteristics and are recommended to be used.When the fan delivers cold air,install a fan on the kiln door to avoid stratification of airflow in the kiln and improve output and quality.
