摘  要:针对西北部油气田注水系统管道结垢及腐蚀问题,运用电磁水处理技术,结合磁场抑垢除垢理论和磁化水分子结构变化理论,通过研究变频电磁场对结垢、防垢的影响,设计了一种新型可变频式电磁防垢除垢水处理装置,并将研究成果应用于延长油田子长采油厂,通过挂片试验法对装置的实际应用效果进行对比分析。结果表明:当装置提供扫描时间周期为1.667 s、调制度及波形为半正弦波的磁场时,对Ca^(2+)、CO _(3)^(2−)、SO _(4)^(2−)等结垢离子的结垢形态诱导作用最大,且试验后管道结垢速率降低61.71%。该装置可调频率为1~40 kHz,适用范围广,有效减少了管道结垢腐蚀产生的经济损失及相关作业,对促进油田产能建设具有重要意义。Aiming at the problems of scale and corrosion of pipelines in the water injection system of the northwestern oil and gas fields,using electromagnetic water treatment technology,combining the theory of magnetic field fouling and descaling and the theory of magnetic water molecular structure change.By studying the influence of frequency conversion electromagnetic field on scaling and anti-scaling,a new type of frequency conversion electromagnetic anti-scale and descaling water treatment device was designed.Apply the research results to the Zichang Oil Production Plant of Yanchang Oilfield.The actual application effect of the device is compared and analyzed by the coupon test method.The results show that:when the device provides a magnetic field with a scanning time period of 1.667 s,a modulation degree and a waveform of 50%Sine.It has the greatest effect on inducing scale formation of scale ions such as Ca^(2+),CO_( 3)^(2−),and SO _(4)^(2−),and after the test,the fouling rate of the pipeline decreased by 61.71%.The adjustable frequency of the device is 1-40 kHz.It has a wide range of applications,effectively reducing the economic losses and related operations caused by pipeline fouling and corrosion.This research is of great significance to promote the construction of oilfield production capacity.
