摘  要:氧化钯被公认为性能优良的吸氢剂之一。常应用于高真空多层绝热设备中维持真空。本文通过搭建实验台系统地研究新型氧化钯在不同数量级的真空度下吸氢性能、吸附速率、吸氢效率、吸附量以及平衡压强之间的关系。实验结果表明新型氧化钯最优维持的真空度为0.016 Pa,饱和吸附量为197.238 m L/g,吸附系数为60.473。并通过31组在1、10-1和10-2Pa不同数量级上反复加注氢气,观察其吸氢动态。结果表明初始加气压强2.7 Pa以下,吸氢动态曲线均呈现“L”型变化,且最终平衡压强均优于0.05 Pa。其中有24组吸氢效率均超出了91%。实验结果指出本次吸氢剂吸附类型与Langmuir模型较为吻合,即为化学吸附。实验数据同时也为这种吸氢剂以后在高真空多层设备中应用提供了参考依据。Palladium oxide is recognized as one of the hydrogen getters with excellent performance. It is used for high vacuum multilayer insulation equipment to maintain the vacuum. In this paper,we study the relation between hydrogen absorption performance,adsorption rate,sorption capacity,and the final equilibrium pressure of the novel palladium oxide at different vacuum degrees by building an experimental platform. The results show that the optimal vacuum degree obtained is 0.016 Pa,the saturated sorption capacity is 197.238 ml(STP)/g,and the sorption coefficient is 60.473. 31 groups of hydrogen were added in the vacuum degree range of 1,10-1 and 10-2 Pa to observe the hydrogen absorption dynamics. The results show that the initial pressure is below 2.7 Pa,the hydrogen absorption dynamic curves show an "L" shape,and the final equilibrium pressure is better than 0.05 Pa. The hydrogen absorption efficiency of 24 groups exceeds 91%. The experimental results indicate that the adsorption type of hydrogen getter agrees with the Langmuir model,namely chemical adsorption. The experimental data also provides a reference for the application of this type of hydrogen getter in high vacuum multilayer equipment.
