摘 要:梧州市为全国重点防洪城市,城区钱鉴片区仍处于未设防状态,为满足城市发展需要,开展防洪排涝设施建设,需要对总体设计方案进行研究分析。以梧州市城区钱鉴段治理工程为例,按照因地制宜、就地取材的原则,结合城市规划,并根据堤段所在的地理位置、重要程度、堤址地质条件、筑堤材料及水文特性、施工条件、运行管理要求、征拆难易以及工程造价等因素选定钱鉴段治理工程总体方案。工程建成后可减轻钱鉴片洪涝灾害损失,使钱鉴片达到防御桂江20年一遇的防洪标准。Wuzhou is a national key flood control city,but its Qianjian zone in urban area is still in a state without flood protection.In order to meet the requirements of city development,it is necessary to study the overall design scheme of flood control and drainage facilities.Taking the Qianjian Dike Project as example,according to the princi⁃ple of adapting measures to local conditions and using local materials,combined with city planning,the overall scheme was designed taking into consideration the factors of geographical position,degree of importance,geological conditions,constructing materials,hydrological characteristics,construction conditions,requirements of operation and management,difficulties of land requisition and demolition,construction cost etc.After the construction is com⁃pleted,the flood losses of Qianjian zone will be alleviated with the Guijiang River flood control standard improved to 20-year return period.
