摘　　要：通过对贺州市路花水库工程淹没影响现状及淹没影响程度分析,结合当地行业规划及移民安置规划,遵循技术可行、经济合理的原则,对库区淹没涉及的专业项目进行科学布局、统筹考虑,提出科学合理的专业项目处理规划及切实可行的投资分摊原则,以支持地方政府决策,指导工程实施。Analysis was made on the current status and inundation impact degree of Luhua Reservoir.Combined with local industry planning and inhabitant resettlement planning,following the principles of technical feasibility and economic rationality,scientific layout and overall consideration was conducted for the affected professional projects,scientific and rational planning and practical investment allocation principle were put forward,so as to support local governments in making decision,as well as guide the implementation of the Luhua Reservoir Project.
