摘　　要：为精准控制灌注液体流量和流速,设计一种无刷直流电机蠕动泵控制系统。设计采用STM32F103RBT6控制半桥驱动IR2101S,IR2101S控制N沟道IRF540NS Mos管构成电机驱动电路,并以LM339N构成反电势过零检测电路,识别电机旋转位置,通过STM32内部的定时器实现PWM(脉冲宽度调制技术)波的产生和调节,完成了电机的启动、停止和调速,实现蠕动泵灌注液体流量和流速控制。A control system of brushless DC motor peristaltic pump was designed to accurately control the flow rate and velocity of perfusion liquid.The design adopts STM32F103RBT6 to control half bridge drive IR2101S,IR2101S to control N channel IRF540NS Mos tube motor drive circuit,and with LM339N constituting the electric potential zero crossing detection circuit to identify the motor rotation position.The start,stop and speed control of the motor//The generation and adjustment of pulse width modulation technology(PWM)wave are accomplished by the internal timer of STM32 to start,stop the motor or adjust the motor speed,thus realizing the peristaltic pump infusion liquid flow rate and velocity control.
