摘 要:近年来,升力风扇技术在军民等各个领域展现出惊人的潜力和实用价值。以某双级对转升力风扇作为研究对象,采用NUMECA数值模拟软件对其在畸变来流条件下,不同流量系数工况下的气动性能及内部流场结构进行研究。结果表明:设计转速比下,双级对转升力风扇径向畸变条件下气流角与均匀来流条件下分布基本相同;畸变来流条件下,近失速工况流动情况明显恶化,静子处的流动分离与转子处的叶尖泄漏现象加剧;混合畸变条件下,出口处全通道总压分布不均匀。In recent years,lift fan technology has shown amazing potential and practical value in various fields such as military and civilian.The numerical simulation software NUMECA was used to study the aerodynamic performance and internal flow field structure of a two-stage counter-rotating lift fan under different flow coefficients under the condition of distorted inflow.The results showed that:under the design speed ratio,the distribution of airflow angle under the condition of radial distortion of two-stage counter-rotating lift fan is basically same as that under the condition of uniform inlet flow.Under the condition of distorted inflow,the flow condition in the near stall condition is obviously deteriorated,and the flow separation at the stator and tip leakage at the rotor are aggravated.Under the condition of mixed distortion,the total pressure distribution of the whole channel at the outlet is not uniform.
