摘 要:使用NUMECA/Fine turbo对一台5.2kg/s,压比2.5的半开式离心压气机进行轴向力计算,发现使用不带叶轮背部空腔的模型求解,NUMECA的监测器读出的轴向推力是错误的。同时,带轮盘空腔模型计算时默认的旋转域和旋转壁面也将得到错误的轴向力。文中给出了正确的轴向力求解方法,并以此进行了轴向力平衡设计的验证计算。模型原始轴向推力正确值应该在9000N以上,通过平衡后降低至5000N以下,满足实验台推力轴承8000N的承受上限。实验过程中轴承振动和温度均没有升高,证明轴向力平衡方案有效。A centrifugal compressor with pressure ratio of 2.5 and mass-flow of 5.2kg/s is calculated by NUMECA/Fine Turbo to get it's axial thrust.Sever mistakes are very common when calculate the axial thrust.The NUMECA monitor shows a wrong‘axial thrust’when calculate a model without the cavity behind the impeller,and the default setting parameters of the model with cavity behind impeller also shows a wrong‘axial thrust’.Here show the right way to calculate the axial thrust of semi-open centrifugal impeller,and a method to reduce the axial thrust.Original mode's axial thrust is more than 9000 N,and this method can reduce it to less than 5000 N.Then an experiment is tested to prove the method is effective,as the thrust bearing can only afford 8000 N.During the experiment,the vibration and temperature of the thrust bearing are both in good condition,that means we got a much lower axial thrust than the original model.
