摘 要:文中分析承包制模式下司企独立和合作时的成本及收益,在Shapley值法的基础上考虑巡游车司企在运营中承担的风险,构建考虑风险因素的Shapley收益分配模型.基于6个城市7种车型调查数据进行实例分析,结果表明:①考虑风险因素的司企收益模型符合“高风险,高收益”原则;②调研城市在巡游车承包费降低后处于较为合理范围内.In this paper,the costs and benefits of independent and cooperative companies under the contract system mode were analyzed.Based on Shapley value method,the risks borne by cruise car companies in operation were considered,and Shapley income distribution model considering risk factors was constructed.Based on the survey data of 7 types of vehicles in 6 cities,the case analysis shows that:①the profit model considering risk factors accords with the principle of“high risk and high income”;②the surveyed cities are in a reasonable range after the contract fees of cruise vehicles are reduced.
