摘  要:为了探究内源性禽白血病病毒(Avian leukosis viruses, ALV)ev21整合与鸡羽型的关系及其对太行鸡免疫性能的影响,试验利用PCR技术检测太行鸡的羽型和ev21整合性,并对68只1日龄太行雏鸡的体重和免疫器官指数以及31只雏鸡血清IgG含量进行检测。结果表明:在检测的68只太行鸡中,有13只为快羽型,55只为慢羽型;22只为ev21阴性,46只ev21阳性。快羽鸡ev21的阳性率为0,慢羽公鸡ev21的阳性率为86.1%,慢羽母鸡ev21的阳性率为78.9%。不同羽型雏鸡脾脏指数、法氏囊指数、胸腺指数和免疫器宫总重均差异不显著(P>0.05)。ev21阴性快羽鸡体重显著低于ev21阴性慢羽鸡(P<0.05),ev21阳性慢羽鸡体重与ev21阴性快羽鸡、ev21阴性慢羽鸡比较均差异不显著(P>0.05)。慢羽鸡血清IgG含量显著高于快羽鸡(P<0.05),ev21阴性快羽鸡血清IgG含量显著低于ev21阴性慢羽鸡和ev21阳性慢羽鸡(P<0.05)。说明ev21整合并不与慢羽表型完全连锁,但慢羽鸡携带ev21的比例显著高于快羽鸡;慢羽鸡血清IgG含量高于快羽鸡,但ev21的整合不影响太行鸡的免疫器官指数和血清IgG水平。In order to explore the relationship between ev21 integration of endogenous Avian leukosis virus(ALV) and chicken feathering type, and its effect on the immune performance of Taihang chicken, the experiment used PCR technique to detect the feathering type and ev21 integration of Taihang chicken;the body weights and immune organ indexes of 68 1-day-old Taihang chicks and the serum IgG level of 31 chicks were tested. The results showed that among the 68 Taihang chickens tested, 13 were fast-feathering and 55 were slow-feathering;22 were ev21 negative and 46 were ev21 positive. The positive rate of ev21 in fast-feathering chickens was 0;the positive rate of ev21 in slow-feathering roosters was 86.1%,and the positive rate of ev21 in slow-feathering hens was 78.9%. The spleen index, bursa index and thymus index of different feathering-type chicks were not significantly different(P>0.05). The weight of ev21-negative fast-feathering chickens was significantly lower than ev21-positive slow-feathering chickens(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in weight between ev21-positive slow-feathering chickens and ev21-negative slow or fast-feathering chickens(P>0.05). The serum IgG level of slow-feathering chickens was significantly higher than that of fast-feathering chickens(P<0.05),and the serum IgG level of ev21-negative fast-feathering chickens was significantly lower than those of ev21-negative slow-feathering chickens and ev21-positive slow-feathering chickens(P<0.05). The results suggested that ev21 integration was not closely linked to the slow-feathering phenotype, but the proportion of slow-feathering chickens carrying ev21 was significantly higher than that of fast-feathering chickens;the serum IgG level of slow-feathering chickens was higher than that of fast-feathering chickens, but the integration of ev21 did not affect the immune organs of Taihang chicken index and serum IgG level.
