摘　　要：针对电力外送受端市场竞争力分析研究不足和定性分析说服力不足的问题,本文以云南水电外送为例,基于云南水电的SWOT分析,在选取了能够充分地表征受端市场综合竞争力的评价指标的前提下,采用综合分析法和TOPSIS法,对云南水电在各受端市场的综合竞争力进行了量化评估,并得出了各受端市场的综合竞争力,为云南水电外送受端市场的理性决策提供定量评估的依据。In view of the lack of analysis of the market competitiveness of power transmission and the lack of convincing analysis of qualitative analysis,this paper quantitatively evaluates the comprehensive competitiveness of Yunnan Power in the various receiving markets and draws a comprehensive competitive edge for each receiver market.The comprehensive analysis method and TOPSIS method were used to quantify it.And it provides a basis for quantitative assessment of the rational decision-making of the Yunnan power transmission delivery market.
